Walking through the halls of Technomebel, your attention will be immediately attracted by the huge machines arranged by the exhibitors. Even in the early hours on the first day of the event, the machines are turned on to demonstrate their features to the visitors. And they will do like that throughout the week – between April 24-28.
Because the capital city’s Inter Expo Center will host the specialized international exhibition Technomebel, held in parallel with World of Furniture. Bringing together furniture experts, besides the traditional Bulgarian exhibitors in Technomebel, there will be companies participants from Germany, Greece, Italy, Macedonia, Poland, Romania and Turkey.
Increased demand of machinery
“On the very first day, the registered interest indicates that the machines are attractive and demanded by the customers,” commented Galin Mitev, representative of ZMM Stomana. The company has been participating for nine years in Technomebel and has long traditions in the development and production of woodworking machines. This year, ZMM Steel focuses on a CNC lathe and advanced edging machines. At its the booth, the company has installed a CNC lathe for woodworking.
According to Mitev, the economic situation in the country is developing in a positive direction. It is motivated by the growing demand for machinery. “We have brought back our customers and their interest again,” he commented.
Huge machines and software
“This year, we are focusing on drilling equipment and CNC machines,” says Donyo Ivanov, owner of JEPPETO MACHINERY, exhibiting at their booth the impressive 5-axis CNC machining center MASTERWOOD Project 265. The machine is extremely flexible, suitable for production of furniture, doors and windows. The company is a representative of Italian manufacturers of furniture manufacturing machines. At its booth you will find products by MASTERWOOD, MAGGI drilling machines, HEBROCK-producer of Edging machines.
“Technomebel is a very good opportunity for the machines to be displayed live. I hope it develop in the same positive direction, ” says Donyo Ivanov.
At the booth of MICROTEL we can see the huge CNC – Nesting Router 21-29 for cutting, engraving and milling of MDF, chipboard, wood, plastics and other kinds of plates. The company designs and produces CNC machines for cutting, engraving, milling of MDF, chipboard, bond, plastics, plexiglass and other materials, processing of marble, granite, glass, wood. The novelties this year include software for design of furniture, comments Diana Yankova, marketing manager at the company.
The most important event for the sector
“This is the most important event for our sector,” commented Nikolay Dimitrov, product manager at TEKA. He also expresses his satisfaction with the good organization of the exhibition and the presence of the entire branch of the international forum. The company that participates in the exhibition since the beginning is a representative of major Italian and Spanish woodworking machinery manufacturers. Among the products exhibited at its booth is the impressive CNC drilling machine that is distinguished for the speed of its operation. The customers can also review the innovative CEHISA PROconcept 10 edging machine, featuring H65mm diamond milling heads and an infrared heating head for edge heating.
